Bien Tv broken. Air con broken. Toilet gurgling all night. Place stinks of cigarettes but has sign saying if smoke in room is $200 dollars fine. Not worth $18

Por debajo del promedio Got to I house at 10.30pm. They told me my booking did not exist and they have no rooms. Lies and deciet. Pure greed and theft. Avoid this hotel at all cost. They are dishonest and corrupt. Karma will get them. My prepaid booking was in there system which was confirmed by hotels.com. do much for a garunteed room. Hotels like this give the hospitality industry a bad name.

Bien Good location, close to cafes and restaurants and nam phou Park. Room was too small and didn’t feel very clean. There was mound in ceiling and on bathroom door.

Estupendo Great value, this was a return trip, will stay here again. Very close to the Namphu Fountain. convenient for everything.

Bien Staff and room were OK but the lack of any natural light or any view put me off. Room had a window with a view of a brick wall 3 inches away!! No natural light at all got through.
Bathroom was more like a small closet, but adequate.

Estupendo Nice room with a view, paying extra was worth it. Good location and room was comfortable. Bathroom is small. Close and walkable to many things.

Fantástico Very hotel with friendly staff who were helpful and kind. Hotel was in a good location, with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Room was clean and modern, with reasonably good WiFi.

Por debajo del promedio There were no room, witch I booked. When I decided to cancel and wanted to go to another hotel - staff forgot english at all in 1 second. Rooms are realy terrible, looking definately not like on foto. Very small bathroom, shower is realy under the toilet. Everything very old and disgusting.
