I think we were unlucky and got one of the smaller rooms (judging by the room plan on the fire evacuation instructions), but there was enough space - especially considering it’s essentially a budget hotel. More room than the Campanile we’d just stayed in. The inclusion of a table and chairs was really helpful. Ideally located, being half a block away from the train station and tram/bus stops. Supermarkets nearby. Bit of an edgy area, however.

Me alojé con mi familia

The staff was very helpful, pleasant, polite and relaxed. I attribute this partly to the 2 ladies who seemed to be CO-managers, the name of one is AGNES. While the neighborhood is not great, the location is VERY convenient and a 5 minute walk to the train station and the excellent FREE trams and transit in Luxembourg...plus one or two excellent restaurants in the neighbourhood, in particular the next street, Rue De Strasbourg.

Nice simple room with everything you need. The street the hotel is located on is a little rough looking sadly and it can get noisy at night. Other than that it was a perfectly decent hotel.

Very handy for train station. Not situated in the nicest area, but room still quiet at night. Very friendly staff at reception. Room itself not particularly pleasant with black marks on walls, and a tiny bathroom with a shower that leaks like crazy. However it was clean. Breakfast was very basic with no vegan options, other than bread, so we needed to bring in our own spreads etc to supplement. I have no idea why this is an Ibis Styles hotel - I thought these were meant to be the slightly more upmarket hotels in the brand, but this is a very tired looking hotel.
