The hotel is not fancy but it doesn't have to be. The chief/manager was so very kind and made me a packed lunch instead of the contineal breakfast. Nothing fancy, but it hit the spot. Was a really special spot and one of the highlights of my trip.

The stay we had was enjoyable. The dinner we had at the Hvonn Restaurant was memorable. I would recommend it as an experience not to be missed when in Iceland.

Staff were friendly and helpful, the restaurant was excellent, and the hot tub was very relaxing.

We could not been any happier with this hotel. It has matched our expectations. It has a beautiful setting and lovely staff. The grounds, especially the historic church, are well worth seeing. We enjoyed a dinner with local fish and lamb at the restaurant. The breakfast buffet included several options. We loved the beet juice served in small glasses.

Our stay was wonderful! The staff was very nice and accommodating. The place is clean and quiet. We enjoyed the hot tub with a nice view of the countryside and the dinner and breakfast were delicious.

Beakfest was amezing

It is in an area where many attractions are easily accessible. The hotel was quiet and relaxing.
