The room and the hotel were very clean and well maintained. The location is excellent, with easy access to Kanda Station, making it very convenient to get around.
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I asked if it was possible to reserve a room away from the elevator with a street view, and they kindly arranged one that perfectly suited my needs. Throughout my stay, they were attentive and patient, assisting with requests such as providing extra hangers and helping to reserve taxis. I genuinely felt very welcome.
