Staff very helpful, hotel was fine but very dated. The bathroom felt a little bit grubby. Had a few issues with the keys which were eventually solved, but no major problems. Good location, near to a major bus stop to go into central Siena. It’s worth noting that buses are quite unreliable in the evening so you may have to get a taxi back to the hotel (10-12 euros ish).

The hotel is a great budget option very close to Siena with free parking and a good Continental breakfast. The staff were lovely and we enjoyed the spacious room and the lovely towels.

I was pleased by the efficiency of the staff at check-in and check-out. All the staff were very friendly and helpful with instructions and indications, and the rooms were brilliant. Enjoyed the buffet breakfast with well balanced choice.

Nice relaxing atmosphere, helpful staff, lovely idea a free self-service Coffee Buffet in the hall , the choice of juices, different kinds of teas, sweet cakes at the disposition of he guests any time of the day. Good general impression. Green garden and neatly cut lawns surround the property, very quiet even though not far from the road. Big private parking is available for the guests with all types of vehicles, even the electric ones, since there is even an electric plug for charging.

For me the location is perfect, the hotel has a plenty of parking the car can be easily controlled. The staff is accomodating, the room is very up-to-date with 50' inches tv screen and fast wifi. Great price for great quality!

Good location. Good value for money, private parking is safe and big enough to satisfy all the necessities of the guests: cars, motorbikes, touristic coaches. Very helpful friendly staff. Rich breakfast. Silent room with comfortable double bed.

Room was spacious, clean with good aircon, mini-bar and maxi-screen TV. Staff is very helpful. Location is very convenient and close from the center of Siena. Private parking.
