Wonderful hotel and stay, completed an amazing trip to Vietnam. Really friendly and helpful staff. However two particular issues for us: laundry machine in our really sucked. I don't know if it washed our clothes at all and definitely didn't dry them. Not a deal breaker, but make sure to get clear instructions from the staff on how to use it and try to use it early on in your trip to know if it works or not. Otherwise you'll end up rush drying on your balcony to avoid packing wet clothes in your bags when you check out. The other issue for us was trying to navigate around the hotel's breakfast that had so many items made with pork, which we cannot eat. It was too the point that we couldn't eat the breakfast other than boiled eggs and fruits. I get it, it's the way of the land that we chose to visit, but it would've been nice for the hotel to be sensitive about this restriction for some guests. Aside from these issues, I would definitely stay here again when visiting Danang.
