Radisson Blu Resort, Taghazout Bay Surf Village

Overall we had a lovely stay despite some issues we faced, in summary they could be a bit more organised. From confusion at check in about a half/full board deal that was offered to us prior to arrival, (heads up they are NOT as good as they make out) and then hide the deal after so you cant refer back to it which left me feeling annoyed as it was like “have you got proof?” If not then this is the price! We had to change rooms mid stay due to an extremely bad smell in the room, They ran out of plates and food mid way through breakfast and dinner most days and the tables weren’t laid properly simple things like salt&pepper! Another example was they put a note through our door inviting us to a beach bar party on the evening and then we got there and had no where to sit as apparently you had to prebook a spot, so had one drink and left! The hotel is in a beautiful spot but they definitely could do better! The day staff around the pool were great like Brahim who couldn’t do enough for us and all the guests. A bit more attention to detail and this could be a 10/10.

Staff were lovely. Everywhere was clean. Food was expensive for the area but still good value coming from the UK

Loved our stay here. Love the individual bungalow style set up with a big balcony and lots of privacy with lovely views made it feel like our own little home. Loved the private beach area and how close the hotel is to the town to wander into. Breakfast was beautiful each morning by the pool and the sea in the background.

Staff were friendly but slow. Rooms not cleaned, only water replenished. Had to ask for towels on arrival and hand towels several time. Bar area in the hotel not great. Beach bar was nice though

The Radison was a nice environment to be in and lots of facilities however for the price you pay and the standard of food was awful. Both the breakfast and the buffet for an evening meal were below par for a hotel of that standard.

They have a Saturday nightclub event even in off season that goes on till 3am. Not great when you have to be up at 6am for your flight

A world class hotel at a prime location but very disappointing experience at Check in. Room 2 - We arrived for 1 night only therefore, time for us was important. The door locking system was broken upon check in . Wasted an hour the family to wait around in the lobby and in our other room for the staff to fix the issue. When finally gained access the room hadn't been prepared for x3 people. Lots of amenities were missing that were not provided despite reporting to the reception. Room 2 - small issue with the safe. It had to be fixed and swapped over but issue persisted for a while until total resolution. Not ideal for a family as the discotheque went on till 4 am and couldnt sleep. Lots of stray dogs around which was scary. Below satisfactory service and guest care. No goodwill gesture or compensation was offered despite the inconveniences. Will not stay again.

My family and I had a wonderful experience staying at Radisson blu, from the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and professional specially Najat who works at the front desk, she’s very nice and friendly. The check in process was quick and smooth, and I was pleasantly surprised by how clean, modern, and spacious the room was.

We got upgraded to a bungalow. A bungalow is a must to have to experience the beautiful scenery while relaxing on your hammock. We spent most of our time at the hotels amazing beach setup having a relaxing beach vacation. All the staff was amazing and attentive cause it’s not those huge resorts so making it feel more personable . Taghazout is a beautiful peaceful quite happy clean chill surfing vibe town with soft golden sand. 6 min walk on boardwalk to the town which was nice chill beach surfer vibes and safe and clean.
