Was running late for my scheduled checkin time and the staff called me to make sure everything was okay and to help guide me through the process. View can’t be beat, room was great, overall the property is perfect. Would definitely stay here again.

Great room in a great location. It was just challenging to get in contact with the host to let us in. I think there’s room for improvement in that process. Other than that, it was great! There’s also a cute elevator, so you don’t have to climb 4 flights of stairs. Overall, I recommend.

The location is great, however the room is very noisy at night . I stayed there for business.
Another issue was the cooling, we could not control the temperature inside the room and it was very hot.
I would not recommend the breakfast because it is a set menu at a nearby cafe where the staff were not very frienfly and the selection is very poor.
Another issue was storing our laggage at check in and check out, it is something you need to plan well if you arrive early in the day .
They should have a consierge service.

What Expedia will not tell you is there is no staff present at the property. If you book, you will be contacted by text or email to check in remotely. The unspoken is that building maintenance is poor and it is likely you will not be able to access your room. So you call and call and call and wait for help. You will never know if you can get into or out of your room. Oh, and housekeeping is likewise nonexistent. Or perhaps better to say they work on their own schedule. They may work but more likely they will not. The sole advantage of this property is its location and perhaps its price point. Reserve at your own risk.

Room was breathtaking along with the area. Duomo was in full view once outside hotel. Access on arrival was a little confusing. Nothing stated Ammobilia suites on the front of building and access needed a key. After a few calls from our cell phone, we asked a tenant in building for assistance. He called and spoke to a person who quickly arrived on the premises. Afterward, everything was smooth.
