Amazing hotel! Enormous room!! Best hotel I’ve ever stayed! Great price for what it is!!! We could enjoy the swimming pool just after our arrival, so it was a bonus after a long drive in a hot day!

Hotel lovely, parking easy, room clean, but sink in bathroom would not drain and smelled badly. Very thin cheap, thin toilet roll. Breakfast was fine, though a 2 slice domestic toaster for that size of hotel was totally inadequate. Napkins thin and cheap. Only very small plates available. Checkout was difficult, as staff dealing with problem on computer, so i was ignored for quite some time. These issues may seem picky, but important if they state they are a 4 star hotel.

The hotel staff are courteous and attentive. Lobby and dining room welcoming and efficient. Food was good. The housekeeping is outstanding. Our cleaners were excellent and accommodating. This is a bus tour hotel and the tours are well managed and guests add lively vibe to dining room. The swimming pool which is a huge asset, needs refurbishment. The liner is loose in places and water quality only adequate. It was closed for 1.5 days of 4 night stay. Biggest problem was pool ladder (one step on the ladder was missing and one side of the achor was detaching) was broken so getting in and out of pool was perilous, particularly for older adults. This is a great, practical hotel but it needs some repair.

Lovely hotel . Very high quality . Excellent quality food in the restaurant . Pool and gym. Just round the corner from a fantastic bakery (Boulangerie Esprit de Pains) if you don’t want the breakfast. Free extensive oatking. Quite clean and comfortable . Nothing bad to say about Westotel, we will be back again .

Hôtel très propre petit déjeuner bon mais cher!! Point très négatif pas de snack ou bouteille d’eau rien si on a faim si on arrive tard, même pas une pomme ou banane pour les enfants! Il devrais avoir un coin supérette ou un distributeur!!! Pas assez de serviette pas de patin ou baignoire!

Great room, nicely air conditioned. Comfortable bed, nice facilities- pool was nice but too hot to stay in the green house, but easily solved with external area to move furniture to relax and have a drink .

Everything was great. Spacious room and friendly staff. The pool was a hit given the heat!

Absolutely stunning hotel with a very large, bright, open reception area with adjoining bar and separate restaurant. We had been upgraded to an executive room which was brilliant with a super king size bed. Separate shower room and toilet. The hotel is immaculately clean and provided an excellent nights sleep. The hotel had an outdoor/indoor covered (dome shaped) heated swimming pool Thoroughly recommend 10/10

Staff at the counter were really friendly and helped me with many things several times. The room is functional, clean, and spacious for my kids to run around. Room design and ambience were quite basic though, so don’t expect similar style as the typical international chain. Overall a comfortable stay!
