Fantastic boutique hotel in the heart of the most posh Neighbourhood. Smooth check in , vibey atmosphere and super clean rooms , very impressive breakfast buffet . The spectacular rooftop lounge was the highlight Will go back to Frankfurt only for Ruby Louise!

Very stylish hotel. The location was a bit out of the way, but it was in a very nice area. The layout of the hotel is a bit odd, but the hotel itself was very clean and a nice place to stay. The rooftop bar was very stylish. Food options were a little limited, but a nice place for a drink.

Great spot with friendly staff. Enjoyed the breakfast on the 6th floor outdoor patio.

The location is very convienent, close to everything especially close to Zeil Shopping center. It’s quiet at night except loud music from the club above our room but overall a good place to stay.

We had a good time at the hotel. I think they should increase their menu and the staff at the rooftop. We booked the cozy room and it was clean but the bed was flat with the floor being extremely uncomfortable. Hoping next year we we get back they have changed this uncomfortable situation! Overall the staff was nice and friendly!

So a great value venue in the centre of town, staffed by a young and enthusiastic team. I would recommend with a few provisos - most notably on catering where breakfast can be slightly chaotic, and dinner choices are minimal. You will probably go out anyway, so it’s not a huge issue, especially at the price

Great location, excellent price

The location for this hotel is excellent - can’t better. It’s very stylish and they give toiletries like body lotion and conditioner, which I consider the mark of a good hotel. They have a reception but it is mainly contactless. I didn’t need anything so I didn’t interact. Room was clean, staff came to clean. I had the “Lovely” room which I thought was a great size in contrast to others who have said the rooms were too small. Book the lovely or bigger and you will be fine. Where this hotel fell short is in quite a few areas. 1) when you enter there are only stairs to get down to the elevator so you have to carry your bags down a short flight of stairs. It is short but still. 2) no fridge in the room or any water provided or even cups. Not coffee machine either. 3) it is LOUD. I was on the 1st floor, which I am convinced they give you if you don’t book direct. There is a bar next door that is BUMPIN during the day and well into the evening. In the morning you can hear the music in the lobby that they play. You can hear everyone walking around and moving furniture. I sleep like a rock so it did not affect me but when I was awake I really noticed it and if you were a light sleeper you’d be screwed. Also everyone on street level can see you on the lower floors so you need to make sure you draw the blinds. It is probably a better hotel if you stay on a higher floor but this won’t be at the top of my list to stay again if I come to FRA.

Rooms were very clean and the staff were very helpful. Be careful of staying on a weekend, as the venue is very loud.
