Fantástico Super clean room!! AMAZING staff so nice , sweet and helpful. In a super amazing location near a lot of transit, shops, and close to the city. Honestly the best hotel i’ve ever stayed at!

Overall this hotel meets all my expectations. However, the only inconvenience is accessing to either subway or bus terminal to airport in early hours is challenging when carrying luggage.

The hotel was super and better than we expected for the price. The room and especially the bathroom was spacious and beds really comfortable - but what really stood out was the staff, in particular one member ‘Barry’ who was super friendly and helpful. We really appreciated being able to leave luggage and she went out of her way to help us get a refund for a night we didn’t use due to flight change. Also in a great area next to the Central Park strip with some nice restaurants. We loved our stay thank you!

the room had both a table and a dresser that had a fridge under which is usually combined and so that was nice. There seemed to be more room than most standard rooms in Japan which was a nice change toward the trail end of our trip. There is an alarm on the door which is reassuring and most of all they are very accommodating of handicap as they put a small stool in the shower. Very accommodating and hospitable and had cereal and tea for breakfast included. Although I didn’t use the service, you could also borrow bikes which I think is a great way to explore the city. I would definitely recommend here.

The building was super easy to locate and always come back to. Conveniently near a station, and pretty area to walk around. Found good shops/food near by.

We’ve really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Very comfortable. Sweet staff and great location! Everything is within a 20 minute walk/train ride. Would love to stay here again!
