Muy céntrico, limpio y cómodo

Nice location, very centric with shops, restaurant market and must see stops very close. The staff at the office was very helpful. Property is in good condition, would be good to give bathrooms an update but otherwise good and clean. Had kids with us and was very spacious for them and us.

Nothing wrong with the hotel if I actually stayed there. I booked this hotel in Feb 2026 and paid in advance for a May visit. When I arrived at the hotel in May, the receptionist told me I had no reservation but my phone clearly showed my active reservation in hotels.com with paid status. The receptionist said it happened almost daily with hotels.com bookings that supposedly 2 families can book the same room and only one actually went through with the hotels reservation system!!! The lady was very nice. Even called hotels.com to initiate my refund. But I was stuck in a foreign city and was scrambling to find a hotel reservation during the memorial weekend. I frankly didn’t care about the refund at that point. But it was nice for her trying. Lastly, once I was settled in my new hotel. I did get notification about a refund from Hotels.com. But it was about $35 less than what I paid for. Well, I am on vacation. I guess I will deal with it once we are back to the US.

Location was excellent. Clean and spacious rooms and helpful staff. Wifi was not good. Granada is worth visiting. Public Transport is good with no accommodation parking. Overall a great place to stay

Unfortunately the coffee machine died and was not able to be fixed.

This apartment was in the Albaicin area, and a 2 minutes walk for the main plaza, so a super location to go to and fro each day. The airport bus stopped on the next road over, so very convenient to find. The courtyard was lovely to sit and relax as well. The apartment was very clean and spacious. The kitchen had a coffee pod machine and the staff provided more pods when you ran out. There was everything you needed to to the washing up. The sofa bed was very comfortable to sleep on. The apartment had a small, portable fan heater in the bathroom which we used on the cooler evenings as this seemed better than the air conditioning to warm up the lounge. There is a small supermarket just across the narrow road to get all you need. I would highly recommend this apartment for exploring this amazing city.

Sadly, coffee machine broken and not replaced but there was an espresso machine there which I used. Also cushion in living room chair ripped. Everything else wonderful! Lovely people at the front desk which made our stay even better.

Perfect location. Spacious apartment with kitchen.

The apartment was close to many points of interest and in a quiet street. The room had various furnishings that are broken or torn apart. The property didn’t have an elevator so it was difficult to get our luggage up and down the stairs. The staff was not very helpful when we asked about the air conditioning remote that was not in the room and they didn’t see to find one for us.
