From the beginning, our day was amazing! We qualified for a free upgrade and they were so lovely accommodating that. Upon Reva, we had a free bottle of wine. The hotel is named royalty for a reason because you feel like you’re in a Palace! The rooms are beautiful and so clean!

Excellent hotel! The location is perfect, close to everything, yet quiet and peaceful at night. The rooms are modern, clean, and very comfortable. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making the entire stay enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient and relaxing place to stay.

Clean, posh hotel located in the city center. Walkable to any place downtown. You can’t hear all the noise from the street in your room at all. Everything is updated and staff is pleasant and helpful. Elevator for luggage needs, plus a bell boy if necessary. Room service. Nice restaurant. Breakfast buffet was a little bland but well stocked and great price, especially if you’re in a rush to catch a flight. The menu looks scrumptious but I didn’t try anything. My only issue is that although the room was impeccably updated, it felt a little closed in. Windows in shower and bed area are to the hallway. It did dark out the room for sleep at night. And Expedia asked me if I was offered an upgrade, I was not. Our second floor room was also next to the housekeeping closet, not the workers fault, but at times the hall was full of sheets and towels. This is hotel management and designers fault. Would I stay here again? Yes.

The hotel is located near the main sightseeing area, and the staff were very friendly. We received a medium sized bottle of wine as a courtesy. The only thing I did not like was that I made a reservation at the terrace restaurant because the mariachis were supposed to perform, and I invited two friends. Unfortunately, the mariachis never performed. Other than that, everything was great

The hotel staff and the location was perfect. In the center of the historic area, easy access to whatever you needed. Will definitely stay again. The only thing I hope was a a bit bigger was some of the rooms. A bit tight, but well equipped with everything you needed.

Loved the location and the room was very spacious and nice. However on the weekends they have a restaurant with live music and you can hear it as if you were in the restaurant but in your room. It was very loud and i really couldn't sleep ( keep in mid i love live music, but in your room you need a different atmosphere) Additionally on the other nights there was not music but you could hear everything from the restaurant like; dragging of chairs and cleaning. it was very noisy and i was never able to get any rest. I had already paid for the rooms otherwise i would have moved because i felt there was so much noise. For a vip hotel i didn't feel the staff was as friendly as I've seen in other vip hotels. The bellboys were very friendly and probably had the best customer service. Lastly, i wouldn't pay for the breakfast it was very basic and you could definitely get something better around the area, i was expecting better quality. The rooftop restaurant staff was excellent and the drinks form there were very good, i do recommend going to the rooftop bar.

Excellent location, very helpful staff and consistently clean rooms
