Electric outlets on both sides of the bed did not work. Called the front desk and they offered to send a maintenance person in the morning. Only staying one night. Bring an extension chord just in case.

I made a reservation for a double room . When I got there they gave me a handicap room and said that was the room I reserved but it wasn’t. The front desk person was very rude and refused to help me even after I told her and showed her my reservation she said there was nothing they could do . She said she didn’t know why it was handicap room when the reservation was for a regular room. I was very upset and disappointed but they didn’t care.

Bed is too soft and water pressure was low. Leave an extra 5 minutes to shower, as you must be very deliberate with the water to rinse off the soap.

Didn't seem that the room had been vacuum very well. There were items still on the floor. Pillows were way too soft. My wife and I didn't sleep very comfortably because of that. And the water pressure in the shower was pretty feeble.
We're pretty loyal to Hampton inn and those were not the usual.
