We booked this place last minute because we ended up with a connection flight. When we got to the hotel late at night, they told us they did not have a room for us and said there was nothing they could do. We would have to work with Expedia because we should’ve booked directly with them instead of a third-party.
After 20 minutes of sitting in the lobby, trying to get it sorted out with Expedia they came over and magically had a room for us! Didn’t acknowledge anything on their part. Expedia was wonderful and I believe it was because of them all of a sudden there was a room available!
