Bien The internet does not work, thus the tv does not work. I went down to get another WiFi password & code which they gave me. But once I got back to my room, it didn’t work again.
The ac unit was very loud.
The fire alarm to the property went off at 4am

Found a blood stain on mattress. My Fiancé stepped on a used contact lens. Could not get into my room for because of the room front door lock was not working properly. Missed dinner reservations because of this problem. The floors still had sand everywhere especially the bath tub. Also in their parking lot I’m pretty sure our rental got scraped or keyed. I blame it on the stalls being so small. Not sure if I will even use expedia again because of this situation

This property was good for my needs. The bed was big and comfortable. The staff was nice. The location was convenient for my needs. I like that. It was right across the street from the ocean. This is kind of a no-frills hotel, but if you’re looking for a decent place for a reasonable price comparatively check it out.

Good location, but this place misses the convenience of a real hotel. Carpets are dirty, rooms are bleak, and the walls are not soundproof. It's an old place with an old makeover.

We tried to check in and the room was not available ... again and again and again. Eventually we found out the housekeeping staff never showed up. There were so many other guests upset. I guess I don't blame the staff but lack of management. Yes, you need to clean rooms when one family leaves and before the next comes. I did this on Expedia....we'll try to get a refund but it should never have been an option to go to this place. I ended up purchasing another hotel room the same night...in Southern California this can get pricey.

Zero communication. Everything is through text but they never acknowledge your concerns. Don’t get me wrong, the place is clean and close proximity to the beach there in Newport but just don’t expect much otherwise.
