Por debajo del promedio We were stuck at JFK for cancellations and it was the only one available. It was dirty, dirty pillow cases, no locks on rooms and the shower was not working. It smelled awful and the beds very uncomfortable. Staff wwas friendly though

Por debajo del promedio I had no hot water for my two night stay. Maintenance came and tried to fix it without success. Maintenance man was very nice though! It seems they have extended stay guests that were smoking weed in the hotel. Yhe hallway stunk of weed and cigarettes. The location is close to UBS arena which is why I stayed there. Also close to LIRR station.

Por debajo del promedio The best thing was the parking, I booked for 1 night, and checked out one hour later! The area is decent, the lobby had a what appeared to be a bullet proof partition. You don’t need a security deposit. The television remote didn’t work. The place smelled of weed. It simply was a short stay motel, when you want to do ADULT activities and it’s 2am in the morning…

Por debajo del promedio I have no clue how this hotel had 4.1 rating in Expedia . The room floor was dirty and sticky . Pillows were nasty . There wasn’t even an iron in the room . Positive thing was the parking is free. Go here for free parking or only if there is absolutely no other choice .

Bien The staff was helpful. The snack/soda vending machines did not work. The first room I checked into, the bathroom vent was extra loud. Changed rooms but there was no security lock on the door. Eventually it was fixed after I went to the front desk. The room was clean The staff is what makes this hotel acceptable.
