The accommodation was easy to find. It was very clean. It is situated in a quiet neighborhood. The instructors for checking in and checking out were clear. My family and I really enjoyed it. We will definitely come back again.

This place is too small for 5 people. We did indicate 4 adult and 1 teenager when booking. The 3 beds looked like their twin beds and very narrow for 2 people. The toilet kinda reeked of urine initally as well when we first arrived. I did not complain because of not wanting the hassle of someone coming to clean it when it should have been thoroughly cleaned before our arrival.
The area is quiet and a little far from attractions but it was as advertised so this was fine. The most was really the beds which are too small for 3 people and are very lumpy (I think new mattresses are needed).

This property, even a little small for American standards, offers all the needed amenities. Very convenient location near two subway stations, convenient store and local restaurants. Property has wifi, washing machine, hair drier, fridge, microwave and basically all that you could need to have a confortable time. Check-in and check-out were hassle free. Beware that there is no staff on reception and checking time will be honored by the rule. Can't arrive earlier. I feel is a great property to stay and enjoy Tokyo
