Quaint, clean and quiet. Staff friendly and helpful. He sheets were amazing! Three minute walk to the train, 1.5 eu, 2 stops to Venice! They allowed us to leave our car while we toured Venice.

Very friendly staff and helpful travel suggestions for sight seeing and food! Unfortunately the area is not the best, surrounded by abandoned buildings. It is very close to the train/bus station. The AC unit was not strong enough to satisfy me so with the heat wave it was not super comfortable in the room. Walking distance to a great restaurant that we loved! Overall the staff and nearby transportation are the strongest wins for this location!

We were greeted very warmly by our host. As we had an early start they were able to find us a few breakfast items since we were going to miss the buffet the next day. Bathroom was very modern, great water pressure in the shower. AC had a tough time keeping up with the heat, so it was warm sleep.

Many thanks to Frederico and staff for a wonderful stay at Casa Villa Gardenia! Everyone was so helpful with directions and recommendations. There is a grocery store nearby with reasonable prices and lovely pizzeria where we went for a lovely dinner. The breakfast served was very substantial. Clean rooms with modern bathroom. Great area, close to train to Venice. Would stay there again!

Casa Villa Gardenia is a very easy taxi ride from the airport station, which we did after a long flight, and also easily walkable, which we did to get to Venice. Our host was AMAZING -- follow his recommendations (grazie mille, Federico!). The building and rooms felt secure and hold old world charm in decor and accomodation. The breakfast is top notch, with a wide array to choose from, everything very fresh and presented beautifully. I would stay here again!

Had a great stay at Casa Villa Gardenia for two nights! The location is super convenient. Just a 2-minute walk to the train station and bus stop, and I can get to Venice Island in about 20 minutes, so it’s perfect if you want easy access to the city but stay somewhere a bit quieter.
The host was amazing. We had really nice conversations and he shared tons of local tips e.g restaurants, activities, must-go spots, and cultural stuff. Felt more like getting advice from a friend than staying at a rental.
Overall, really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back one day! Highly recommend 👍

Very big room, very clean. Simple however clean and very well located. The breakfast delicios and the receptionist guy absolutely amazing. Very friendly and helpful.
