This was a nice property located near Yaletown. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our baggage was handled quickly by a nice bellman originally from Japan. Our room was ready for early check-in with no extra charge. We also requested a late checkout (1 hour late) and we were accommodated with no extra charge. We would stay here again and recommend it to friends and family

We chose this hotel because we wanted a central base to explore Vancouver. It is a clean, classic, and safe property that’s within easy reach of all the local shops, restaurants, beaches, and parks!
Our specific room was exceptionally clean, tidy, and quiet. We had great sleeps on their clean, comfortable mattress. The pillows were very squishy, but fine for a short couple of nights stay. The heating and AC unit clicks on and off frequently, but it was just like white noise. Bathroom was super clean, provided two bars of soap and a tube of shampoo.
We enjoyed a beautiful city view from our window, and you could kind of see the ocean and mountains in the distance.
There was a nice little kitchenette fully stocked with utensils and cookware. The mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, TV, and Wi-Fi all worked well.
The swimming pool was visibly clean and well-maintained. The hot tub worked, though it did not bubble much. The sauna was clean but did not get exceptionally hot. It was still perfectly fine for a quick, relaxing session.
Final Verdict: An excellent and reliable 5-star choice if you want a clean room right in the heart of the city.

We stayed just as World Cup was finishing up and everything was expensive, this was the cheapest option around. Parking was cheaper also. It was nice having a little kitchenette and we never had to drive anywhere since Yaletown has so much around. Would stay there again.

Fantástico I was surprisingly delighted by this property. It was clean and comfortable and the front desk staff were fantastic. We stayed for 2 nights during World Cup and we would stay again. Pricing was reasonable, beds were comfortable, amazing water pressure in the shower. My only complaint was the congestion in the elevators and the slow ride. Long waits for the elevator, despite having 3 banks available. Wouldn’t deter me from staying again. Plus, great restaurants in the area. Wonderful!
