The family-friendly ski hotel enjoys a quiet location above Filzmoos, 1.5 km from the town centre, 20 km from Salzburg, 70 km from the Dachstein glacier, and 1.5 km from the ski region Sportwelt Amadè. The Hampshire family have managed the air-conditioned ski hotel since it opened in 1971. The property has 58 spacious rooms, offering wonderful views of the surrounding mountains. Guests are welcomed in the lobby, which offers a 24-hour reception and a 24-hour check-out service, as well as a hotel safe and a cloakroom. Additional amenities include a TV lounge and a kids' club. Guests can enjoy a drink at the café and bar, and dine in the restaurant. For a fee wireless Internet access is available and there is a car park for those arriving by car. In winter guests can take advantage of the hotel's ski bus, which offers transport to the slopes and ski schools.
