The Crowne plaza Suzhou was very clean. The bed very so comfortable and the room was good.
The breakfast was superb. Lots of options both Chinese and western.
It is located near a shopping centre and also easy access to the metro.
There is a walkway around jinji lake accessible from the hotel.
We ate 3 nights in the Prince restaurant in the hotel. On 2 occasions, the food was superb. On our last night, the service was dreadful and we waited over 1 hour for food. We asked for non spicy food but it came out so full of chillies that we couldn’t eat it.
We ended up leaving the restaurant, very disappointed.
On check in, they did not recognise my hotels.com gold membership. Again, I was very disappointed with that. I hope the hotel fixes these issues as it is a good place to stay.
