We could have found a much better room for the price we paid for this hotel. Service was very poor. There was no phone in the room so we had to come out of the room and look for someone if we needed some service. Breakfast was also so so. For one of safari rides, the hotel quoted us a price of Rs. 6000 (Nepalese). When we checked the price for the same ride outside, it was only Rs. 3000(Nepalese). So one has to be very careful while buying any tour package from this hotel. The hotel doesn't even provide two bath towels or two soaps for a couple. Probably they expect a couple to use the same towel and the soap.
We would strongly recommend that you spend some time and find a much better hotel in the same neighborhood for the same price. We actually did just that.
