When we arrived there was no room available. This is an Expedia problem not the hotels.

I booked room and when arrived showed confirmation and staff said no room was booked even after I showed payment and confirmation of room.

Por debajo del promedio Bloody terrible. We caught a cab with all our luggage to the lake hotel that was booked through Expedia and they turned us away saying there was no room and the hotel was full and that they don’t deal with Expedia any more. Expedia took our money but no rom available. We are in a foreign country visiting our sick father in hospital and have to deal with this on room if it. It was impossible to find a room and we had to stay at the hospital.

Was lured by the promise of a free mini bar. Well, this was true: 2 tiny bags of chips, free coffee and tea, and: water, water, water. I wondered about the free breakfast the following morning, if it consisted of water and rice. In fact it was o.k., especially really good for the Asian taste preference. Otherwise the hotel was o.k, clean, staff was nice and friendly.

The hotel was lovely the staff was amazing, I enjoyed everything about the hotel, we book then hotel as we was flying to on Bangkok next the next morning. It wasn’t much close to the hotel food wise unless you had a car, but the food was lovely at the hotel and the price wasn’t too bad either. I would definitely stay again.

A very relaxing and good stay. The hotel is exactly as shown on the website. This hotel is on the bypass highway, and is good value for money stay, if you have your own transport. The rooms are functionally comfortable. The fittings and other fixtures are tastefully selected and done. This is not a luxury hotel, but a very functional and nice place to relax, besides a lake; a lake view room is thus highly recommended to see the sunrises and sunset colours being reflected in the clouds. The breakfast is not elaborate but is enough for normal people. I am a vegetarian and the hotel went out of their to cook stuff for me. The staff are very friendly and positive. The hotel is located in a peaceful area, as of now. For the price, the hotel is definitely worth it. I would stay in the hotel, if I ever go back to Khon Kaen.
