Estupendo It was a lovely resort, the rooms were beautiful and spacious; staff very pleasant . But to be there for 4 days and no housekeeping service not even once.
Was disappointed in buffet breakfast, food was okay , but they had 1 staff running around the entire area , so it was alot wait time .

Fantástico This hotel was definitely worth the stay. The staff was super friendly, the access to everything was amazing and the room was large and spacious. The room could have been a touch cleaner but overall great stay.

Fantástico Our very spacious room was clean. The balcony had a very comfortable lounge and a beautiful view.
The staff was also very helpful with area dining recommendations and with cabs.

Beautiful hotel, the pictures online don’t do it justice. Room was very spacious and exceptionally clean. The pool and beach were wonderful. Even though we didn’t pay for an ocean view room, we got a partial view still. Easy to park with our rental car. Overall 10/10, would come back again.

The hotel and staff were great but housekeeping doesn’t come daily. If you’re staying there for 7 days they will come day 5, which was an inconvenience for me. I had to request for a broom to sweep my own floor with all the sand from the beach.
Issa is a bartender there YOU MUST see! She’s absolutely amazing!!

I love the property. I stay there regularly. I do find that some of the staff at Pelican Grill, should be a bit more pleasant. Some of their faces were not inviting they looked unapproachable to place an order. I also find the take away food from the Pelican grill can be presented more nice in the take away container. The same way it is presented in a plate should be the same standard for take away.
The security, maintenance workers and housekeepers were and always are the friendliest always greeting when you walk by. Frontdesk workers are also great.
The rooms are very clean and comfortable but upon first enty also has an slight odor maybe the air filters need cleaning. In these days and times the rooms should be equiped with Smart TV's. Some guests stay at Flamingo to rest and relax, and stay in the room a bit more away from the crowds. The tv stations are all news channels and the few stations in between are shows from the late 90's. Please get Smart TV's with an option to connect to Netflix or other apps.
Nonetheless, I will continue visiting Flamingo Hotel as it is a very pleasant hotel to stay in.
