The bathroom is tiny, I am Pettit, if you are bigger than you will have trouble

The room itself was pleasant, clean and acceptable. However there was no staff to greet me or take payment. An email message was sent and I requested how the payment was made, this was to no reply. The following morning (early) I was knocked up and payment was requested, I was more than happy to make payment however I was called out of my room and into the main communal hallway where I was stood in my sleep wear and feeling vulnerable, all whoosh a non English soaking staff member was trying to communicate via text with the manager for a payment link to be sent to me via email. I requested for the manager to come and speak to me, the staff member put the manager in loud speaker! All of this took place whilst I stood in my sleep wear and felling exposed whilst in the hallway of the hotel. This could of been better manager

The room was very spacious and the beds were extremely comfortable, which made for a pleasant stay overall. Check-in was quick and straightforward, even though there is no staff on site, access is managed through a Ring doorbell where you speak with management to receive the key, which worked smoothly. On the downside, communication with the property before arrival was very difficult, as messages went unanswered. The building is also quite old, with single-glazed windows, so outside noise was noticeable. The room was also very cold, which made it less comfortable, especially in cooler weather.

The room was quaint and modern. Very spacious room. I did have a difficult time finding the place since I’ve never been to Scotland before though, and the parking was challenging as parking is very limited.

Clean and had everything you would need! On a nice quiet street! A little bit out of the way but there is a bus stop 20m away and very convenient!

The owner was very friendly and helpful checking me in went the extra mile to make sure that my stay was the best. It was very clean.

Our stay here was great. The room was clean and pretty, in an area right next to a bus stop. It was exactly what we needed to enjoy our trip.
