Great hotel with perfect location steps away from the Petra visitors center. Clean, good bed, fridge, balcony, Complimentary beverages. My room was on the 7th floor, and the elevator worked great. Loved the staff, especially the young woman at the front desk, she was helpful and delightful. They also held my bags, and I felt very safe as a solo woman traveler.
Reasons for 3 stars- The first reason is the shower. Shower is small, a step in, very slick tub. The biggest issue with the whole stay was that the water temperature control for output is broken. When taking a shower the water would be scalding hot, and 4 seconds later be ice cold. I had to count and move to not be burned, every 4 seconds. I tried to take a bath but the stopper would not work.
Second reason is Breakfast, it was bare minimum, and 2 of the 4 days I went they ran out of food, and didn't replenish anything. I was one of around 15 people who were only able to eat a piece of toast and have coffee.
