The hotel was very nice and clean. The rooms bedding was comfortable from the spread, sheets and pillows, It felt like home. I would highly recommend.

The hotel had all the necessary facilities and was a convenient shuttle ride from the airport. We were able to take the train to the Malpensa airport the night before our flight and then call for a shuttle to the hotel. It was very convenient. The pool was nice, the room was clean and well maintained with a private balcony, and the breakfast had a good variety. I would stay there again, especially for the price.

The hotel is older and is shabby on the inside. The third floor smelled of dog urine. But, everything inside our room was clean, the sheets and beds were comfortable. The shuttle to and from the airport (5 euros per person each way) was helpful. The AC worked great. If you're looking for an overnight stay for proximity to the airport and don't expect fancy, this is a decent place. I would say it's like a Red Roof Inn. The staff were nice.

Friendly staff. Helpful when we needed to change language on our Netflix to English. Room was very clean but small. We only spent one night for transfer to airport. Shuttle was convenient and only had to make an appointment. $5 Euro per person for shuttle. 10 minute drive to airport. Milan airport is very crowded so good to go 3 hours prior for international flights.

Me alojé con mi familia

Clean room and breakfast was good but the staff on the evening shift was not very pleasant or helpful it was a vast difference with the staff that was there during the day , there was a very helpful younger man that assisted me, he was kind and helpful.
