We had a lovely stay at Dream Chiado. Checking in process was quick and all communication was timely and helpful. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We were upgraded to a bigger suite which was a nice surprise and great way to end our Portugal vacation. The suite was modern with 3 separate balconies overlooking one of the many hilly thoroughfares which we loved. The bed linen was oh so crisp and comfortable.

I loved it. I was stay there again.

The lady that checked us in wasn’t friendly at all. We booked (2) double beds room for my husband and I plus my 2 daughters. She kept telling us we should have 2 rooms. In the listing, it said it was a room for 4 people. Then, she kept asking us at what time we were checking out? It was very strange and unwelcoming. Our room was clean but not well maintained. The bathroom sink didn’t drain so we had to use the kitchen sink to wash our teeth. The bathroom shower door didn’t close all the way, so we had to be very careful that the water wouldn’t leak out. The WORST part was that the AC was NOT cooling!!! It was almost 100 degrees outside and it didn’t work! We couldn’t wait to check out the next morning!

The room was well appointed and very clean. The hostess was very helpful! We didn’t get in until midnight due to a late flight and she was able to give us a room that had a keypad entry. The area is exceptional with lots of sights, shopping and eating options.

Only issue was the sink did not drain at the beginning but better at end. The location was perfect

Beautiful room in a great location, easily accessible to the Castle and ferries and main downtown area. Loved the room accept the AC didn’t get down to what it was set at and the bathroom could use a shelf in the shower and by the sink where there is plenty of room to add storage. Also outside was a little loud on the weekend and I had to close the window to help keep the noise out which made the room a little warmer on a June night since the AC doesn’t get cold but probably normal for Europe. Would def recommend.

Beautiful big apartment within a few minutes walking distance to many many restaurants, sights and all the sightseeing spots. A few minutes from the cruise terminal. Extremely well located and appointed. One of the rare places in historic Lisbon where you have two queen beds in the bedroom.

Natalie was an excellent in communicating check in information with me. Room was very nice and clean. Central location to sights and very close metro. My family and i enjoyed our stay very much.

Clean and pleasant room, with really lovely staff supporting who made us feel very welcome.
