Having stayed at this hotel previously and enjoyed my experience, I decided to return; however, I was very disappointed with this visit. The service I received was poor. The reception staff were rude, unhelpful, and unapproachable, appearing more interested in additional charges than guest satisfaction. Furthermore, the food lacked variety and was the same every day, with very little attention paid to the guests' needs. Overall, this stay was a very negative experience. Consequently, I will not be returning and would not recommend this hotel to others.

I liked this place. My two main criticisms would be: 1. The room was quite noisy until about midnight as I think it was above a bar that was used for after show dj entertainment. That wasn't great for a sleeping small child. 2. Despite turkish cuisine being rich and flavoursome, like a lot of AI hotels, the buffet food merged into one flavour. So much so, I ate out locally. In addition, it's unusual to stay at an AI hotel for over a week and not be offered the chance for some kind of a la carte dining.

Staff were excellent and very helpful. Heaps to do for adults and kids, only down side was the pillows need an update

Our fifth stay at Granada. Our room upgrades were amazing. Facilities are top notch. Easy access to the beach. Just fabulous.

I stayed here with my 10 year old daughter and it was an incredible property. My daughter enjoyed the many kid friendly activities and the pool was just amazing. I enjoyed the food and convenience of having all the amenities in one place. Great family friendly hotel.
