Excellent apartment at a Great location! Good for families wanting to explore downtown and the neighborhood. Room service was good.

Spacious apartment. We had the second floor apartment . It was nice and clean and had all the amenities and great breakfast. However, our upstairs neighbours had very heavy feet and the footsteps could be heard very loudly night time and early morning. Other than that the apartment is perfect at a great location.

One of the best apartment style hotel I’ve stayed in. It had a separate bedroom and a spacious kitchen, dining, living room area. Washer/dryer combo in the kitchen but be warned it takes forever to dry your clothes. The hotel brings fresh bread to your door in the morning and they stock your fridge with fruits, butter, condiments, eggs and cheese in the fridge so you can make nice breakfast. Location was perfect- easy access to trains, sightseeing spots and many restaurants near by.

Awful check in experience, we couldn’t even gain access to the apartment as we arrived late in the evening. The staff manning the helpline number was picking up the phone and immediately hanging up. Frustrating to say the least!

Fruits are not fresh, especially apples.

It was great stay

Hands down one of the most thoughtful hotels we’ve ever stayed at during our travels. From the fresh breakfast (rolls and egg tarts), daily housekeeping, and location, we couldn’t ask for more.

Rooms are very clean and spacious. Staff was always warm, welcoming, and extremely helpful. We really enjoyed having the fridge filled daily and used the washer/dryer quite a few times. Hotel is located right in the heart of the tourist area in Lisbon. Very walkable and right in the mix without too much street noise.
