Por debajo del promedio There wasnt enough lights the room is very so dark hard to moving arround ,
The Chef at the buffet is yelled me at infront of the public telling me that not to use the Toaster ,,
and the waiter verifying at the front desk if we did paid and or add on the room booking .
we are humiliated ,why dont they check at the front
desk instead of us ..

One staff person was quite nice and helpful. The others ranged from aloof to rudely dismissive. Dining staff need to improve hygiene awareness. They tolerated hand picking through cheese, meat and breads by some of the guests. There usually were dogs in the dining room and some of the staff would go from petting back to food and dishes handing. A couple of the dogs weren't clean.

Fantástico One of the best hotels we have stayed at, and the best Leonardo. Excellent service across many small but important details. Cosy room and comfortable bed. Nice entrance lounge and friendly professional staff. Free parking and a really nice old town nearby; if you enjoy biking there are many pathways along the canal and through and around Ladenburg. We will happily return!

Fine place to stop during travels.
Rooms are older, but lobby area was beautiful. Clean, quiet.
Right off the main highway, but not a lot around the hotel.
