Stayed here for one week but I did not have the best experience. Staff were nice and the location is very good but I had several issues.
There were literal bugs crawling out of my sink every night.
Also there were cockroaches in my room. When I asked to change room, they said they would change it the next day. Only when I reaffirmed I was unable to sleep in a room with cockroaches for the night did they change it. The rooms were clean in most places but the walls were stained.
For the hotel in general, the elevator was painfully slow. Sometimes I would instead take the stairs but parts of the staircase are pitch black and I found myself literally edging forward so I did not trip in the darkness.
The decor is old and dated as you go up, there is technically no laundry service on site (though there is one nearby) and the spa facilities were out of action during my time there.
If I were to visit Cambodia again I would go elsewhere unfortunately.
