Staff was SO very helpful- one of the sweetest and most friendly in Palermo!
The hotel itself was full of charm and character - a palazzo once occupied by royals, and now converted into quaint and interesting rooms. It is centrally located and easy to access.

Spacious,comfortable room with a fun spiral staircase leading to a little balcony overlooking some of the city. Nespresso machine, water and a little bottle of wine were welcome.
Do note there is about a 10-12 minute walk to parking if you have a rental. Very central location in active market community. A bit gritty but I felt safe walking around. Great history all around.

We stayed for four nights at the Palazzo Sant Agostino, which is centrally located in the Capo market area. Like much of Palermo, it is a very characterful (shabby-chic) building.
Our first night was in Room 7 which is downstairs in the garden area - which was a bit dark and got quite noisy in the morning (as it is underneath where breakfast is served). However the staff kindly moved us to Room 3 on the first floor which was more comfortable.
The staff were super helpful overall, providing advice on what to do/see in Palermo.

The breakfast was amazing, very fresh, plentiful and delicious. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. The room was in great condition, and the location was perfect. We loved our time there.

We had a great stay. The property is well positioned, and the rooms are well appointed. We stayed in a suite which was large with a fantastic shower.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Our apartment had two bedrooms with beautiful view from the private terrace. The hotel has excellent location in the old town and all attractions are within walking distance. Breakfast was great with many options. Our room was kept clean and tidy all the time. Fanny the manager and all the staff were very attentive and helpful and made our stay very enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel.
