Fantástico We booked a penthouse with a balcony, the room was clean and tidy. We enjoyed our stay and the nice view.

I was pleasantly surprised that everyone spoke English and was so helpful during my stay. It was in close walking distance to the restaurants and bars so it was perfect for my all girls trip.

The property is very clean and has amazing water views, as well as very close to central station. The front desk staff were awesome as well.
the ONLY thing i didn't like was their policy regarding cleaning the rooms. i was told, when i was checked in, that they will clean the room every 2 days. I spent 3 days there and my room was never cleaned, even after i requested. They are saying you get cleaning every 2 days, if you book for a minimum of 4 nights, which is not what I was told when i checked in.

Kitchen was nice, rooms a decent size. Room doors made out of paper so light/noise transfer between rooms/living space quite loud. Otherwise location was great and it was clean. Staff was very quick to respond to needs.

This location is a stone’s throw from the Amsterdam Central Station. It was easy to walk or take public transportation to everything we wanted and decided to do. It was the perfect accommodation for a short stay and traveling with teens to multiple destinations. From our windows we could see the train tracks and trains go by but we never heard any noise. That was a plus.
