We arrived in very hot weather and there was a big fan which was great. We were kept informed every step of the way since booking. The flat was great had two bathrooms and they were very clean. The kitchen was well kept and had everything needed to cook a meal or store food. Parking was nearby and free at the weekend.

This place is great value for money, great transport routes... quiet residential area, shop right next door... spacious rooms, kitchen very well equipped everything you need to cook meals...
AND ABSOLUTELY SPOTLESS...
we will definitely be coming back again

Just one suggestion that property must guide people to take bus no. E3 from Turnham Station to this location otherwise hard to book cab etc. For such short distance

Quiet neighborhood, and relatively close to public transit. Checking in was easy. Had to share both bathrooms with other guests, sometimes it gets a bit tricky. Had some minor issues with mirror and toilet seat in one of the bathrooms. Mirror was added within 48 hours. Overall, great value for the money!

Por debajo del promedio The room has a bad smell, we had problems with the wifi and the heating in the room. The nights were quite cold. The big bed had hair on the sheets and there was hair on the covers too. I have photos but they can’t be added here. Thank you

Fantástico The stay was very good, although I did not see anyone. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean and it was warm. Would have liked a mirror in the bathroom for shaving though.

This property was different than the pictures. Steep narrow staircase was not included in the description. The website included a breakfast but there wasn’t anything.
