This is not a moan about the Neptuno Apartments but our timing on dpending 11 days in the middle of June Expecting a nice quiet relaxing holiday was spoilt by a lot of young adults acting like children. I know thats how they enjoy thereselves these days but did put a dampener on our time there. Other than that 10/10 Neptuno keep up the good work.

Apartment with limited sea view but ok. Never used the pool retired age. Little to no contact with the staff, but were helpful in all interactions.

Clean refurbished apartment. TV ariel needs to be replaced and the wall connection needs to be looked at. 2 windows didn't shut/lock properly but not a problem. Everything else was perfect.

Great place to stay!

The resort was filthy and unkempt, the manager extremely rude

I booked this at the very last minute like 2 days before, generally the hotel is nice, staff were friendly and drinks not expensive Nice sized room, usual twin beds We had to go down quite a lot of stairs to get to our room, fine if your young not quite so if your not Also the hotel is quite a way from the the sea front down a very steep hill and over some busy roads So keep this in mind if you have mobility issues We ended up taking a lot of taxis Also when you get to the sea front there is a lot of steps to reach the bars and restaurants

We requested an apartment close to the ADULT pool. Which we got, very impressive sea views. Apartments are basic but always clean and comfortable. Would recommend apartment 144 to everyone.

Our room was a side room and had a lovely sea view, the balcony was a good size to sit on and get the last rays of sun. The rooms were cleaned almost everyday and were nice and spacious. Would definitely stay here again. The staff were all friendly, and the pool staff were so accommodating.

Couldn't fault it for what we wanted and the price would stay again.
