I got a room at the far end.The wifi connection there is non-existent.So i had to choose,a quiet room in the far end or super weak internet.I chose quiet.
Check-in was not pleasant.Some non-Italians at the reception.No training in hospitality.I was greeted with a frown and not a smile.What type of greeting is that for a hotel guest?Doesn't look friendly,looks like checking in was a burden to him.
Outside the hotel,there's a huge round public area,almost like a rollerskate or playground zone.People from the neighbourhood loitering around there till late at night.You could hear the chatting from your room.Noise !
This doesn't feel like a 4 star hotel at all.I would give it 2.Maybe 3 but not 4.Just because there's a pool,it doesn't mean it deserves a 4 star.
