I recently stayed at Krabi Resort and, unfortunately, the experience did not meet expectations for the price and standard being advertised.
The main concern is the level of staff training and responsiveness. Basic guest handling seems to need improvement, as service requests were not followed through. We reported issues with the room air conditioning and fan, but no one attended to check or resolve them. The air conditioning itself was ineffective during the day, despite being set to low temperatures, and only became slightly cooler at night.
The restaurant experience was also below expectations. Breakfast options were very limited and lacked variety, especially considering the charges. There were minimal multi-cuisine choices, with most offerings restricted to basic Thai dishes and omelettes.
Overall, the resort has potential in terms of location, but service quality, maintenance response, and F&B offerings need significant improvement to justify the pricing. At its current standard, it does not provide good value for money.
