Highly recommend this property as the location was fantastic: San Babila train stop and walking distance to Duomo. We went during a heat wave and were thankful the AC was outstanding. The kitchen is pretty bare bones but there are so many restaurant options nearby. We were a family of five in the apartment but they only provided towels for two. They rectified the problem same day, very responsive. However I do wish the pull out couch sheets were there on day one as we had requested. They brought them by the next day.

The only hiccup we had is that the property address on the hotels.com is not the same for all their properties. When the host sends you check in instructions pay attention to the address. The location of the property was great. The unit itself had a strange lock but they sent a video how to use it. The unit itself was very decent size and very clean. The host is very responsive.

Central location for this well-equipped apartment. Although it didn’t bother me, you can hear the pedestrian noise. Otherwise a comfortable place to stay.

We only stayed one night in Milan. This apartment was near the metro. It was a short walk from the blue line. Close enough to walk to duomo and mall. Large space. Ants were in both bathrooms and one bedroom. Messaged the property owners and they let us know that it was because of the weather change. Check-in/check out was easy.

The location of this apartment was excellent. The check-in process was smooth and the staff in the main office were extremely friendly. The apartment itself was spacious, the only negatives were the lack of black-out-blinds and the quality & quantity of the bed sheets. We needed to use the pull-out-couch and there were no fitted sheets or pillow cases to use for it. Overall, good value.
