We recently stayed at the Delta Hotels Vancouver Downtown and had an excellent experience. The hotel was exceptionally clean, felt upscale, and the rooms were in fantastic condition. Check-in was quick and seamless, making for a great first impression.
What really stood out, though, was the staff. Everyone we interacted with was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and eager to help. A special thank you to Donnie at the front desk, who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. There were several other staff members who were equally wonderful, and I only wish I had gotten their names.
The location was another huge plus. Being right downtown meant we were within walking distance of many of the activities and attractions we had planned to visit, making it easy to explore the city.
I would absolutely stay at the Delta again—not just because of its convenient location and beautiful accommodations, but because of the outstanding service provided by the staff. They truly made our stay memorable.
