I am writing to convey my profound satisfaction with the exceptional experience I enjoyed during my recent stay at your establishment, The Landing. The property itself presented an outstanding environment, meticulously maintained and conducive to a truly comfortable visit. However, what truly distinguished my experience was the exemplary professionalism and genuine attentiveness displayed by your entire staff. Each team member consistently demonstrated an impressive dedication to guest satisfaction, proactively offering assistance and ensuring all needs were promptly addressed. I wish to extend a special commendation to Supervisor Keisha, whose service was truly remarkable. Her commitment to guest care extended far beyond her typical duties; she consistently went above and beyond, anticipating and fulfilling my requirements with extraordinary grace and efficiency. Her unwavering support and readiness to assist, even with requests outside her immediate purview, profoundly enhanced my overall stay. The unparalleled hospitality and the comprehensive support I received throughout my time at The Landing are deeply appreciated. I am immensely grateful for the outstanding level of care provided by your dedicated team. I eagerly anticipate the opportunity to return to The Landing in the future and will enthusiastically recommend your property to others seeking a truly superior guest experience.

The photos online really don’t do this resort justice. We were there for carnival so we didn’t get to enjoy as much of the property as we would’ve liked to or take advantage of all the resort offers. However, our room was much larger than imagined. Very clean. Large balcony with a jacuzzi. The staff was very sweet, from front desk, to housekeeping. The resort is very close to the main strip of Rodney Bay. Only downside was in-room dining ended at 10 or 10:30pm and there was a $20 delivery fee, only one of the 4 restaurants on property is open currently, but that is temporary and our internet never worked the entire stay. All minor things so i would and will definitely return. May book them early for 2027 carnival.

Clean room and very friendly staff, always available to take care of you . Breakfast was great and staff who were there super friendly . Enjoyed bar next to beach. Overall lots of fun friendly place.

The overall satisfaction of staying in a relaxing resort was amazing. I enjoyed the a staff, the spa, especially having a hot tub right outside your villa. I stayed with my sister for a wonderful first time experience in the Caribbean and I will definitely come back. Food, location, the beach was so peaceful and thats what I was looking for. Sipping piña coladas at the beach and soaking every bit! Highly recommend if you are looking for not busy and chill resort, this is the one for you. Loved,loved,loved. Miss you St. LUCIAS

Beautiful property. Accommodations were phenomenal. Friendly and helpful staff! Does not offer enough restaurant options thoygh and not all are open at once. Limited entertainment.

Beautiful place, friendly staff. Food was great. I would have liked more nightlife within the hotel, but the whole island was very quiet overall. Great place to relax.

Everything about it was great. We had a butler room and three butlers took care of our every need. The free breakfast was awesome

I loved the property. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was excellent. It was easy to get transportation into town. The snorkeling was pretty good at the beach and Pigeon Island was in walking distance. Overall, it was a great vacation.
