We stayed at Hotel Lancaster for four nights in three rooms while attending a wedding in Paris, and we had a wonderful experience.
The location is excellent, and our Executive Rooms were spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The beds and linens were wonderful, and although the hotel has a classic charm, it is well maintained and has everything you need for a comfortable stay.
The true highlight of our visit was the exceptional staff. Everyone was warm, friendly, and always willing to go above and beyond to help. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options, and Ben provided the best service we could have asked for each morning. Thomas at the front desk, along with the bell staff, was consistently courteous, professional, and welcoming.
Thank you, Hotel Lancaster, for making our stay in Paris so memorable. We truly appreciated the outstanding hospitality and would happily stay here again.
