Excellent breakfast....staff were very helpful. Everything was immaculate and very clean.

I enjoyed this hotel, not too far from the station but we did take a taxi to it. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was nice but the bed was a tad too long so got in the way of the door to the bathroom, but we managed. Verona is an awesome place to visit as well, I will go back

Breakfast was great, staff were great, room was hot, not sure if it had ac, or AC was not on, shower was a little small and old, but other than other than that was very good experience, especially the staff would stay again

Hotel Siena esta bien ubicado, cuenta con un desayuno variado, maquina de cafe y capuchino... el personal muy atento... tienen una bodega para dejar el equipaje y poder continuar visitando la Ciudad de Verona. las habitaciones son basicas, limpias...

Very nice hotel; we had a very positive experience. It would have been nice to have coffee and tea in our room, as opposed to having to use vending machine in lobby.

I did'have breakfast, but I requested a glass with ice and the front desk lady said she could not provide any ice and sent me to a bar next door. It was not nice from a perspective of a good customer service.

My room was spotlessly clean, staff excellent and attentive to my needs. The hotel is also perfectly located for easy walking access to the Bus and rail station as well as the City.

Location was located close to the train and staff were extremely friendly

Quadruple room for family of 4 including 12 & 14 year old. Location was good, walk into centre in about 8 mins. Room was basic. Staff friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast.

Really well located, close to the train station and the sights and at a reasonable price. The hotel is modern and comfortable, staff are super-friendly and helpful, The room had everything one might look for, clean and comfortable bed, well-equipped bathroom and the electric shutters are a nice touch, block out all the light. The breakfast was good too, nice choices and decent coffee. All in all a good hotel!
