The rooms were extremely run-down and tired-looking. We were on the ground level and heard everything above us, super loud, and the rooms don't get dark.
The hotel seems to cater primarily to its members, and at times it felt more like a summer camp than a luxury resort. During our stay, the pool was closed for an entire day after a child had an accident in it. On the days it was open, it was so crowded that there wasn't an inch of space. We weren't able to use the pool once, and it was a major reason I booked.
Finding a beach chair was nearly impossible, as large families would reserve multiple chairs for one another and leave them unused for hours.
This was the biggest hotel disappointment I've had, especially given how expensive it was. I only wish I had spent more time reading reviews before booking.
