Por debajo del promedio They first put us in a tiny room that seemed like it was randomly added under the staircase. It was super loud, and they told us there were no other rooms available, but then we went back and complained and were given a proper room, and said that was the only one available.
However, even that room - wasn't very clean, and there were lots of spiders and mosquitoes. Some were dead and stuck on the walls and in the shower that weren't cleaned up, and the others were flying around. Everything looked much older and dated compared to what was in the photos.
We stuck it out because there was nothing else available, but it was a disappointing and uncomfortable stay overall.

The hotel was in the perfect location. We were able to walk from the train station with our nap sacks and were a 5 minute walk from the square. The room was cute and enough space for a family of 4.

The staff were very good. The hotel is not as luxurious as the photos used. Room was at the top of a very steep stairway so if you have a lot of heavy luggage be ready.
Overall it was a decent place to stay but for the cost you could do better elsewhere.

Really nice hotel with clean rooms, friendly staff, and a good breakfast in the mornings. The rooms are a bit on the smaller side but very comfortable. The hotel is centrally located - about 10 minutes to St Marks and Rialto Bridge - making it very convenient.

Shops close by and the small gated area was so pretty. Our belongings were safe there beyond checkout and they were very accomodating and kind.
