The property was beautiful and in a great location. Breakfast was very good and the cleaning people were wonderful. My only complaint is with the front desk staff. There were two occasions where the person I was speaking with took off when they saw another guest, basically while helping me, and told me a colleague would assist. I’ve never experienced that in a hotel before. Most of the time the staff were wonderful.
The hotel should make it clear how you are to get to the lobby when you get dropped off at parking m, which is 4 floors it so below the lobby. The elevator is locked. It should be clear where a bell is so you can find your way and not be stuck. My cab driver called the hotel but my son’s did not so he called me and I had to tell the front desk he needed to get in.
