The staff was friendly, but the rooms was extremely old and there was mold in the room. Additionally, when I did the booking, I asked if it was possible to provide a room with view over the canal. Once I arrived and asked for it, they said no right away, even though there was plenty of rooms available. Which was quite disappointing, especially as it was me and my girlfriend’s last night. The rest of the staff at the hotel was very friendly and had great customer service skills.

It wasn't a horrible stay but I wouldn't stay there again. I'll start with the negatives and finish with the positives. -s The hotel is very dated and looks like it. The sink in my room drained very slowly and the faucet in the tu dropped continuosly. Many of the outlets didn't work. But in all fairness that may have been me. Outlets that didn't work for worked after housekeeping plugged things into them. The location in my opinión wasn't very good. Limited choices of restaurants in walking distance and no shopping. Accept the small shops in the hotel. +s The pool was nice and the jacuzzi was hot. The weight room I thought was exceptional for a hotel weight room. Although the hotel is old it was clean and had no bad smells. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good. Not the best but pretty good. All of the staff that I interacted with were friendly and helpful.

Me alojé con niños

Según el personal del hotel hace poco tiempo fumigaron la propiedad y las habitaciones. Por lo cual encontramos algunas cucarachas todavía con vida dentro del cuarto.. ofrecieron cambiar la habitación pero ya era demasiado tarde .. inicialmente mi reservación era una habitación con vista al mar ..lo cual tampoco se cumplió. . Las personas que trabajan en el hotel fueron muy amables y educados .

It was a,5 day lovely stay, great breakfast, veggie options for me. Very courteous,staff. The balcony needs better furniture. Rest excellent. Will stay again God,willing! Beautiful ocean vistas and green gardens. Amazing experience.
