Such a unique place. Love the ambiance love the thought that went into the place. The scenery and nature is so well integrated. We used it as a bed and breakfast place but looks to be the perfect place for a private venue. Really appreciate the owner C. and all the work she puts into this place. Perfect base to see Normandy..

Our stay at DdlF was nothing short of phenomenal. From the moment we arrived, it felt like stepping into a different world: peaceful, idyllic, and exactly the escape we needed after two bustling days in Paris. We stayed in the Suite Colette, which was perfect for our family, as our teenager had his own bedroom. The suite itself was exceptional: the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the modern, spotless and modern bathroom was remarkably spacious by French standards. The property grounds look as though they were lifted straight from a French novel. Its peaceful, rural setting was ideal for us - just 15 minutes from Bayeux and about an hour from Mont Saint-Michel, making it a perfect base for exploring the region. What I will remember most, however, are Clémence and the unforgettable breakfasts included with our stay. Everything was extraordinary, from the beautiful garden setting to the delicious food itself. I still dream about those breakfasts. Missing them would be a crime! Clémence, if you're reading this, thank you for making our stay so special. You are a true gem of a host, and you should be incredibly proud of the wonderful place you've created. We cannot wait to return. Cheers, Francesco & Eireen

Super adress. Very calm. Very nice garden

Extremely nice but a bit far from everything. Amazing host. Very nice and comfortable queen size bed. Our favourite stay in our 3 weeks vacation in France. Would absolutely recommended it to anyone.

We loved our stay. We do regret only booking 1 night. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean and the breakfast was superb. If you're ever near Bateaux, book this place!

Amazing. Such a beautiful place. Rooms were gorgeous and very spacious. The whole place was so clean, very enjoyable and relaxing. Beautiful breakfast.

Really enjoyed our short stay in the lovely and unique setting. Owner was very welcoming. Highly recommend

Unbelievable would be an understatement! Starting with the host Clemence who was simply a delight and couldn’t do enough for us to make us feel at home and welcomed . The property itself is magnificent, spacious grounds immaculately kept . Children’s play area etc . The rooms are spacious , clean and beautifully decorated with the most amazing bedding and comfy beds . Breakfast was a treat every morning and got the day off to a great start . Perfectly situated 20mins from Bayeux and not more than 35 mins to any of the major DDay sites . AMAZING !

Very quiet old French farmhouse with homemade bread for breakfast. Staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Lovely setting with large bathroom and all amenities. If you are upstairs you have to get used to the sloping roof encroaching in the bedroom, but a very small prive to pay. Owner is very friendly and makes you feel at home.
