At the check-in, the credit card machine was not working. They tried my three cards with no success. Finally the check-in person accepted that there was nothing wrong with all my cards. After we moved in our room, we found out that the TV in the room was not working. They tried to fix the TV and eventually gave up and gave us another room.

The room felt neglected. Wi-Fi was continuously dropping. Dirty bathroom sheets, bucket, mug etc. Not worth the price if not for the location. Only positive was the support staff. They were really good.

Staff members were efficient. Provided excellent service.

Great place for family stay

I’m mislead with reviews (8.6!!) to choose this utterly poor property for our family stay. The room was stinking, pathetic wash room supplies, inadequate breakfast menu etc., etc. On top of it, there’s no place for your parking your car. I would never recommend this property to anyone.

It is located in one of the posh areas of Chennai, close to US embassy and 10 minutes to shopping. Somewhat skeletal staff but friendly more like B&B.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Its near US consulate. Overall I will recommend this hotel.
